The best group activities in Krakow depend on how many of you there are. For 10 people you can book almost anything; for 20 you need activities played in teams or in rotation; and for 50 you need a plan with stations, a tournament and proper logistics. Below, we set out what works for each group size and how to book it without the chaos.
We’ve run Bumper Ball games in Krakow for groups of all sizes for years, and our website counter has passed 7,800 happy clients. We’ve learned that with groups, success depends not just on the activity but on making sure nobody stands idle on the sidelines.

Group activities in Krakow – where do you start?
Before you start comparing offers, answer five questions. It’ll spare you those ‘could we make it 37 people after all?’ emails sent a week before the date.
- How many people will actually come? Collect sign-ups and assume someone will still drop out in the final week.
- What’s the budget per person? Activities are easier to compare when you convert every price to a per-person figure.
- Who’s paying, and do you need a VAT invoice? For a company outing, settle this before booking.
- Indoors or outdoors? For an outdoor activity, have an indoor plan B.
- How will the group get there? With more people, getting there and gathering everyone can take a while, so build it into the schedule.
A group of 10 – what should you book?
Ten is the ideal size: you’ll fit around one table and on one pitch. Practically any activity works – go-karting, a shooting range, bowling, laser tag or a trampoline park. The exception can be escape rooms: they’re often designed for smaller teams, so a group of 10 usually splits into two.
In bubble football, 10 people make one full 5-a-side match in which everyone plays for the whole 45 minutes or so, with no subs’ bench. We have 10 balls 1.5 m in diameter and 2 larger 1.7 m ones for players from about 180 cm tall, so there’s kit to spare. For example, the package with a hall costs €22 per person, or €220 for 10 people, and the VIP package with a game host and referee, souvenir photos, water and a warm-up costs €28 per person, or €280.
A small group has the most options, but Friday and Saturday slots are still worth booking in advance. For dinner or a club, one table or one booth is enough – as long as someone calls ahead. You’ll find all rates and add-ons in our bubble football price list.
A group of 20 – activities where nobody is left on the sidelines
With 20 people, logistics kick in. Most activities limit how many can take part at once, so you either split into smaller teams playing in parallel or run a tournament in rotation. Laser tag, paintball, go-karting in race heats, bowling on several neighbouring lanes and escape rooms with several rooms running at once all scale well.
In bubble football, 10–12 people play at once, so we split a group of 20 into teams for a mini tournament. For example, four teams of five: two play while two cheer and catch their breath, then they swap. Everyone plays several matches, and given how tiring it is, short breaks are more a plus than a minus.
With a hall, that’s 20 × €22 = €440, and play can be extended by 30 minutes. For an evening with 20 people, a space just for you works well: the Tram Party party tram or the Boat Party boat on the Vistula. Both have separate options for groups of up to 30 and for bigger ones.

A group of 50 – a tournament, stations and a minute-by-minute plan
Fifty people is a proper event, and one rule applies: everything happens in parallel or in rotation. Two formats work best. The first is stations that teams move between on a schedule; the second is a tournament with a group stage and a final, with everyone else cheering.
Bubble football still takes 10–12 players at a time, so with 50 people it’s best planned as one of the stations or as a tournament with rotating teams – one worth extending. We price events like this individually: tell us how many people and how much time you have, and we’ll suggest a game format.
For the shared part, choose something that fits the whole group at once: dinner at a restaurant or a party on a boat or a tram. Boat Party and Tram Party have a separate offer for groups of more than 30 – ask about availability for your numbers. With 50 people, also take care of:
- transport – we help arrange travel from your hotel and back,
- catering – we can add it to the match, priced individually,
- a schedule with times and a person in charge of each station,
- team colours, e.g. T-shirts or wristbands, which make the tournament and the photos easier,
- a plan for those who don’t want to play – cheering, taking photos, a quieter zone.

Corporate group activities in Krakow – what to keep in mind
A company outing works a little differently from a trip with friends. First, the invoice: we issue VAT invoices to companies and institutions, so agree the details with your accounts team before booking. Second, timing: decide whether the event is during or after working hours, as that affects turnout and the choice of activity.
Third, not everyone wants to collide. A good company activity has room for players and supporters alike – in a bubble football tournament, some play, some cheer, and roles can switch. Schedule the match before dinner and drinks, not after.

Frequently asked questions
What are the best activities in Krakow for a large group?
Ones that run in parallel or in rotation: a bubble football tournament, laser tag, go-karting in heats or bowling on several lanes. For the shared part of the evening, choose a place that fits everyone at once, such as a boat or a party tram.
How far in advance should you book activities for 50 people?
With numbers like that, start at least a month ahead, because you usually have to coordinate several bookings: the activity, transport, catering and dinner. Lock in the date for the main activity first and fit the rest around it.
Do you issue VAT invoices for companies?
Yes, we issue VAT invoices to companies and institutions. We reply to enquiries within 24 hours, so you’ll get a quote quickly.
How many people can play bubble football at once?
There are 10–12 players on the pitch at a time. With more participants, we set up a tournament with rotating teams, so nobody misses out on playing.
