How do you organise bubble football in Krakow? Pick a date, count your players, choose a hall or an outdoor spot and send the booking form – we take care of the balls, delivery and supervision on the pitch. You don’t need your own kit or pitch, and we reply to every enquiry within 24 hours.
A game in inflatable balls is one of the easiest activities to organise in Krakow. We’ve been doing it for years and have more than 7,800 happy clients. Below are seven steps from idea to first collision – with prices, practical tips and a packing list.

1. Choose a date and time
Start with the date. The earlier you get in touch, the more dates and halls to choose from, especially at weekends. Add a backup date on the form – it makes finding a free venue easier.
Then the time of day. In summer we advise against playing in full midday sun – it gets really hot inside a ball, so in a heatwave choose a hall.
If the game is part of a bigger celebration, schedule it first. Inside a ball you need a clear head and steady legs, so play first, then have dinner and celebrate. On a stag do that might be an afternoon game before a night out; at a team-building event, a game before dinner together.
2. Get your group together and count the players
There are 10–12 players on the pitch at once – that’s how many balls we have. If there are more of you, we split you into teams for a mini tournament so everyone plays. Fewer than 10 of you? Get in touch – we can price any event individually.
Also check that everyone will fit in the balls. Children from age 10 and adults can play; we have 10 balls 1.5 m in diameter for players from about 150 cm tall and 2 large 1.7 m balls for those from about 180 cm. Maximum player weight: 100 kg. Read more about age and height limits in our article on who can play bubble football.
3. Choose where to play: hall or outdoors?
We play at the Com Com Zone hall at ul. Ptaszyckiego 6 in Nowa Huta and at the hall at al. Jana Pawła II 37. We also work with venues all over Krakow, so if you have nowhere to play, we’ll find and book a hall for you.
You can also pick your own venue: a hall, an Orlik pitch (one of the free public all-weather pitches built across Poland) or grass. Ball delivery is free within 15 km of Krakow city centre, then €0.23/km, and we travel all over Poland. How to choose?
- Hall – play whatever the weather or season. It’s the obvious choice in winter, and in summer it shields you from heat and harsh sun.
- Orlik or other pitch – a good choice if you already have a venue, e.g. at a school, company or hotel.
- Grass – outdoor play is best in spring and autumn, e.g. in the grounds of the venue hosting your event.
- Garden – a back garden is usually too small: a dozen players in 1.5 m balls need as much space as a football pitch.
4. Choose a package and add-ons
Prices are per person. With every package we bring the balls, show you how to put them on and supervise the game:
| Package | Price per person | Example for 12 people | What’s included |
|---|---|---|---|
| Without a hall | €17 | €204 | 10–12 balls, free delivery in Krakow, 45 min of actual play, organiser’s supervision |
| With a hall | €22 | €264 | the same + sports hall rental |
| With a VIP hall | €28 | €336 | the same + game host and referee, souvenir photos, a bottle of water for everyone, a professional warm-up |
Choose ‘Without a hall’ if you have your own venue, such as an Orlik pitch or a school sports hall – in practice, it’s ball rental with staff. ‘With a hall’ is the simplest option if you have nowhere to play, while VIP, the favourite for stag dos, comes with the full works: a game host and referee, a warm-up and souvenir photos.
You can add extras to any package:
- game host and referee – €34/h (with a speaker for music),
- photo coverage – €34 (20–25 photos + a group photo),
- short HD video – €78,
- hall rental – €58/h,
- transport for participants, catering and extended play – priced individually.
You’ll find all prices in our bubble football price list. And if you’re wondering whether buying your own balls would be cheaper, check what bubble football balls cost and whether buying pays off.

5. Send the booking form – what happens next?
Fill in the no-obligation booking form: give the occasion, the date (ideally a backup one too), the number of people and the venue – or tell us you need a hall. Mention anything special, such as a sumo tournament starring the groom.
What happens after you send the form?
- Within 24 hours we reply and confirm whether the date is free.
- We agree the details: venue, time, package and add-ons. If needed, we book a hall.
- We issue VAT invoices to companies and institutions.
Prefer to talk? Call Sylwester on +48 509 196 229 or email kontakt@bumperball-krakow.pl. Until game day, you then have just one job: tell your group what to wear and when to turn up.
6. Get ready to play: what to wear and bring
Wear PE kit: shorts or a tracksuit, a T-shirt and trainers. The ball protects you from head to knees, but your legs stay outside and do all the work, so comfortable footwear is essential.
What to bring:
- sports kit and trainers – for a hall, ideally a clean pair to change into,
- water – a must in summer (with the VIP package everyone gets a bottle),
- a spare T-shirt if you’re heading on somewhere afterwards, e.g. to dinner,
- a hair tie for anyone with long hair.
Before the game, take off watches and jewellery and empty your pockets – nothing hard belongs inside a ball. Arrive 15 minutes or so early to change without rushing. Get your group to read the bubble football rules beforehand, so everyone knows what’s allowed from the first minute.
7. Game day: what does an hour in the balls look like?
One of our team arrives with the balls, inflates them and shows you how to put them on safely: the ball goes on like a rucksack, with adjustable straps and two hand grips inside. Inflated, it weighs about 10 kg, but the straps mean you don’t carry it in your arms.
A standard booking is 1 hour of balls and venue, of which about 45 minutes is actual play – the rest is the briefing, putting the balls on and short breathers. A typical hour:
- Start: welcome, briefing and putting the balls on – plus a professional warm-up with the VIP package.
- Games: chosen to suit the group – from a classic match through Bubble Sumo and Bubble Bowling to Bulldog, Last Man Standing and rugby.
- Finale: a match or mini tournament between teams, then souvenir photos if you have the VIP package or photo coverage.
Still got energy after an hour? You can extend the game by 30 minutes – ideally say so when you book. We describe each game in our article on bubble football game types.

How to organise bubble football in Krakow for a stag do, birthday or team building?
The plan is always the same; only the emphasis changes:
- Stag do – for a bubble football stag do in Krakow, the most popular package is ‘With a VIP hall’. After the game we can help plan the rest of the evening – a party boat on the Vistula, a VIP booth in a club or a restaurant table – and for a ride around the city, try the party tram.
- Hen do – bubble football for a hen do is an active start before the evening’s celebrations, and with photo coverage for €34 you’ll have a keepsake.
- Birthday – we organise bubble football birthday parties for anyone aged 10 and up – children, teenagers and adults.
- Company event – for a bigger group, bubble football for team building is played as a mini tournament, and we price transport for participants and catering individually.
