The best team building ideas in Krakow get the whole team doing something together: a bubble football match, a team tournament, an escape room, a city game around Kazimierz, a cooking workshop or a party boat on the Vistula. Below are 20 such activities, grouped by type, each with a note on the group it suits.
We’ve run Bumper Ball games in Krakow for years and help companies plan the rest of the day too. So alongside our bubbles you’ll find completely different ideas – and, at the end, tips on matching the activity to group size and budget.

Team building ideas in Krakow: sport and movement
1. Bumper Ball match
Bubble football is football played inside inflatable balls worn like a rucksack. The ball covers you from head to knees, collisions often end in somersaults, and the score is quickly forgotten. There are 10–12 players on the pitch at once, and a briefing on putting the ball on safely comes first. We play at the Com Com Zone hall (ul. Ptaszyckiego 6, Nowa Huta) and the hall at al. Jana Pawła II 37, or at a venue of your choice. Details are on our page about bubble football for corporate team building in Krakow.
Best for: groups that want to let off steam and have a laugh – football skills are secondary.
2. Bubble football tournament for the whole department
With 20, 30 or 40 people, we split the group into teams and run a mini tournament so everyone gets to play. Besides the match, you can play Bubble Sumo, Bubble Bowling, Bulldog, Last Man Standing and bubble rugby. The referee picks them to suit the group and enforces the safety rules. Our article on a bubble football tournament for companies shows how to plan teams and time slots.
Best for: departments that enjoy competition without taking it too seriously.
3. Sports day or company Olympics
Several stations, points for each team and a leaderboard at the end of the day: relays, tug of war, target throwing – and bubble football, for instance, as one of the stations. People rotate, so the format easily handles dozens of participants. More ideas are in our article on company picnics and sports days.
Best for: large groups and company picnics on grass.
4. Go-karting
A karting track means pure competition: qualifying, the race and the podium. The downside: everyone drives alone, so bonding mostly happens between races and at the results board. For more teamwork, add a team ranking based on combined times or run a relay race.
Best for: teams that love rankings and adrenaline.
5. Paintball
A team game played outdoors, with tactics, scenarios and capture the flag. It gives you something to talk about for weeks, but the paintballs can leave bruises. Before signing up the whole team, check everyone is up for it.
Best for: crews who don’t mind mud and a little pain.
6. Laser tag
A tactical team game with laser “guns” – no paint and no bruises. It’s often played in an indoor arena, so the weather doesn’t matter. Ask for team scenarios, such as defending a base, not just a free-for-all.
Best for: mixed groups for whom paintball would be too rough.
7. Trampoline park
An hour of bouncing relieves tension better than yet another online meeting. Obstacle courses and group games break the ice fast – but agree from the start that nobody has to do somersaults.
Best for: younger, energetic teams.
8. Climbing wall or rope park
Trust is the glue here: one person climbs while another belays under an instructor’s eye. A rope park is a lighter option for those who prefer obstacles between trees to a vertical wall.
Best for: smaller groups, where everyone gets a turn.
9. Shooting range
Focus, composure and a contest for the best target – and in the team version, the team’s combined score. You shoot under an instructor’s supervision and by the range’s rules, so save alcohol for the evening – as with every activity here.
Best for: teams looking for something other than a team sport.
10. Bowling
The most democratic activity here: anyone can play, and there’s time to chat between turns. A few lanes side by side make a ready-made team tournament that’s easy to combine with dinner.
Best for: teams of mixed ages and fitness levels.

Team building activities in Krakow for brains and hands
11. Escape room
The team usually has about an hour to solve the puzzles and get out of the room. You’ll see straight away who leads, who spots the details and who watches the clock. For a bigger group, book several rooms for the same time and compare results.
Best for: analytical teams split into small groups.
12. Team quiz
A pub quiz means several rounds of questions, teams of 4–6 and a leaderboard on screen. Devote one round to the company – e.g. “Which department orders the most pizza?” It’s cheap and involves even those who won’t set foot on a pitch.
Best for: any group, including as an evening add-on.
13. City game around the Old Town and Kazimierz
Teams get a map or an app, a list of tasks and a time limit, and collect points in places such as Rynek Główny (the Main Market Square) and Kazimierz. The tasks can be logic puzzles, photo challenges or linked to the city’s history.
Best for: teams with guests from other offices – they see Krakow along the way.
14. Guided walking tour
Wawel, Kazimierz, the Old Town – a classic that works especially well for international teams. To stop it feeling like a school trip, ask the guide for a shorter route and a quiz at the end.
Best for: companies hosting colleagues from abroad.
15. Cooking workshop
Each team cooks one dish, then everyone sits down to eat what they’ve cooked. You’ll quickly see who plans and who improvises – just like on projects. Ask about diets and allergies in advance.
Best for: teams who prefer the table to the pitch.
16. Creative workshops
Pottery, painting, linocut printing or floristry – calm team building for people who’ve had enough of competition and noise. Everyone goes home with something handmade.
Best for: small groups, or as a calm second half after something active.
On the water, on a tram and in the evening
17. Boat Party – a party boat on the Vistula
A party boat cruise on the Vistula is a ready-made idea for a company celebration: the whole team parties in one place and sees Krakow from the water. Details for companies are on the Boat Party corporate events in Krakow page.
Best for: companies combining team building with a celebration.
18. Tram Party – a party tram
An unusual evening idea: a party tram that takes you around Krakow. The offer for teams is on the Tram Party corporate events page.
Best for: teams looking for something they’ve never done together.
19. Restaurant dinner and a club booth
The classic end to the day tastes better after a shared activity than instead of one. We can help with this part too: a restaurant table, a booth at a club and transport from your hotel and back.
Best for: any group – just schedule the match before dinner, not after.
20. Volunteering day
Helping at an animal shelter, planting trees or sprucing up a community centre brings people together through a shared goal rather than competition. Give the organisation you want to help plenty of notice – it needs to prepare too.
Best for: companies that care about social responsibility.

Where to go for team building in Krakow? Match the activity to your group
- Up to 12 people – bubble football, an escape room, bowling, workshops. Everyone does the same thing at the same time.
- 20–40 people – a bubble football tournament, a city game in teams, several escape rooms at once. The key is splitting into teams efficiently.
- 50 people or more – a format with zones and rotation: a sports day, a picnic, several activities in parallel. Bubble football can be one of the zones teams rotate through.
- A very mixed team – combine something active with something calm, e.g. a match and dinner, or a quiz and bowling. People who don’t want to play can cheer, take photos or keep score.

Team building in Krakow and your budget
It’s easiest to work out the cost per person. Our bubble football costs €17 per person without a hall (e.g. on your own pitch or a lawn), €22 with a hall and €28 in the VIP package – with a game host and referee, souvenir photos, a bottle of water for everyone and a professional warm-up. You can add photo coverage (€34) or a short HD video (€78) – it’s all in our Bumper Ball price list.
Add food, any transport and a contingency for extras to your budget. Worked examples are in our article on how much a corporate event in Krakow costs for 20, 50 and 100 people. We issue VAT invoices to companies and institutions.

Frequently asked questions
What team building can you do in Krakow when it rains?
Go for indoor activities: bubble football in a hall, an escape room, bowling, a quiz or workshops. If you don’t have your own venue, we’ll find and book a hall – we work with venues all over Krakow.
Can you bring the balls to our hotel or conference venue?
Yes, we travel all over Poland. Delivery of the balls is free within 15 km of Krakow city centre; beyond that it costs €0.23/km.
Can employees’ children play at a company picnic?
Yes, if they’re at least 10 years old and about 150 cm tall – our 1.5 m balls are made for players like them. The maximum player weight is 100 kg.
How long does a bubble football session last, and can it be extended?
As standard, you hire the balls and venue for an hour, which gives about 45 minutes of actual play. For a bigger group it’s worth adding an extra half hour – we price that option individually.
