How much does a corporate event cost in Krakow? In our three sample budgets – for 20, 50 and 100 people – an afternoon with an active attraction, food, transport and a 10% contingency comes to about €59–68 per person. Catering and travel move the total most, not the activity itself.
Bubble football prices come from our price list. Other items are clearly labelled rough assumptions – swap in the quotes you receive. Just starting to prepare? See also our step-by-step plan for organising a team building event.

What makes up the cost of a team building event?
Whatever the scale, the budget is built from the same blocks:
- activity – bubble football, workshops, a cruise, a city game;
- venue – a sports hall, a restaurant room or conference-centre grounds;
- food and drink – catering after the game or a dinner;
- transport – if you’re leaving town or bringing people in from several offices;
- extras – game host and referee, photos, video;
- contingency – about 10% for things that crop up in the final week.
Bubble football prices – the fixed items
Our packages are priced per person:
- Without a hall – €17 per person: 10–12 balls, free delivery within Krakow, about 45 minutes of actual play, organiser’s supervision. Play on your own pitch, an Orlik (one of the free public all-weather pitches built across Poland) or grass, for example.
- With a hall – €22 per person: the same plus sports hall rental.
- With a VIP hall – €28 per person: also includes a game host and referee, souvenir photos, a bottle of water for everyone and a professional warm-up.
Add-ons: hall rental €58/h, game host and referee €34/h (with a speaker for music), photo coverage €34 (20–25 photos plus a group photo), short HD video €78. Transport for participants, catering and extended play are priced individually. Everything is in our Bumper Ball price list, and details for companies are on our page about bubble football for corporate events in Krakow.
Delivery of the balls is free within 15 km of Krakow city centre, then €0.23/km. For a venue just outside the city, that’s a small item compared with catering.
Assumptions behind the calculations
To make the scenarios comparable, we use the same working rates in each:
- food and soft drinks – €33 per person (PLN 150) (assumption: buffet or dinner),
- transport – about €500 (PLN 2,300) per coach per day (assumption); for 20 people in the city we assume everyone travels independently,
- contingency – 10% of the other items combined.
These aren’t prices from specific companies, just a starting point for your spreadsheet. Budget for alcohol separately – and serve it only after the sporty part.
Budget for 20 people: a hall and dinner
With 10–12 players on the pitch at once, 20 people play a mini tournament in teams. In this scenario you choose the “With a hall” package (20 × €22 = €440) and photo coverage for €34, then head out for dinner in town.
Prefer full service? The VIP package for 20 people costs €560 and already includes a game host and referee, souvenir photos, water and a warm-up, so separate photo coverage isn’t needed. For comparison, “With a hall” plus an hour of game host and referee and photo coverage comes to €440 + €34 + €34 = €508, while VIP is €560, with water for everyone and a professional warm-up included.
With a group this size, consider extending play by 30 minutes so the tournament doesn’t become a race against the clock.
Budget for 50 people: a sports day in zones
Scenario: a sports day at a conference centre outside Krakow. Bubble football is one of the zones that groups of 10–12 rotate through, and you run your own games in the others – for ideas, see our article on team building games for adults.
We take the “Without a hall” package (50 × €17 = €850), a game host and referee for 2 hours (€68) and photo coverage (€34). The rotation takes longer than the standard hour, so treat the ball amount as a starting point – we’ll prepare the final quote individually. If you’d rather play indoors, add hall rental at €58/h, e.g. €174 for three hours.

Budget for 100 people: a picnic with several zones
With 100 people, not everyone has to get into a ball. We assume about half the group plays in the tournament, while the rest choose other zones or cheer them on. Balls for 50 players are – as above – €850 to start with, plus a game host and referee for 3 hours (€102) and photo coverage with a short HD video (€112 together).
The cost per person falls because the activity and extras are spread over more people. Catering, however, weighs more: with 100 people, every €2 (about PLN 10) per head on the menu adds €200 to the budget. If the evening is to carry on, look at a party boat on the Boat Party site or a party tram on the Tram Party site.
Corporate event cost in Krakow for 20, 50 and 100 people – summary
| Item | 20 people | 50 people | 100 people |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bubble football (price list) | €440 | €850 | €850 |
| Host and referee, photos, video (price list) | €34 | €102 | €214 |
| Food and drink (assumption) | €660 | €1,650 | €3,300 |
| Transport (assumption) | €0 | €500 | €1,000 |
| 10% contingency | €113 | €310 | €536 |
| Total | €1,247 | €3,412 | €5,900 |
| Per person | about €62 | about €68 | about €59 |
For 50 and 100 people, the amount for the balls is the starting rate from the price list – for a longer rotation we’ll quote it individually.
Use the same formula for your own budget: (activity + extras + food + transport) × 1.1 ÷ number of people. The 1.1 multiplier is the 10% contingency.
What isn’t included in the calculations?
A few items are easy to overlook but can noticeably raise the cost per person:
- alcohol and drinks served in the evening,
- prizes for the winning teams and small giveaways,
- accommodation, if the event turns into an overnight trip,
- parking for people arriving by car,
- an extra hour of the venue if dinner runs late.
Add them to your spreadsheet straight away – even if some of them end up as zero.

How to cut the cost of a corporate event
- Play on your own grounds. The package without a hall is €17 per person instead of €22, and ball delivery within 15 km of Krakow city centre costs nothing.
- Combine the activity and the meal in one place. Fewer journeys mean a smaller transport bill and simpler logistics.
- Confirm numbers a week ahead. Catering is usually charged per head, so every uneaten portion is money thrown away.
- Don’t order everything at once. For 20 people, photo coverage is plenty; save the video for a bigger event.
- Put everything in one enquiry. If you need transport and catering as well as the match, we’ll price them together, so you can compare the whole package with other offers.
For other activities to compare, see our round-up of team building ideas in Krakow.
VAT invoices and net vs gross budgets
We issue VAT invoices to companies and institutions. Before you compare offers, check with your accounts team whether the department’s budget is net or gross (excluding or including VAT), and ask every supplier the same – with 100 people the difference is significant.
